What this site collects.

What we collect

This site records usage events: page views, clicks on the booking button, clicks out to beautyvetted.com, and whether a visit arrived from an AI assistant's referral. An event carries the page path and, for AI referrals, the referring service's name. Our own events carry no name, no email and no phone number.

We also send those page views to PostHog, an analytics provider in the United States, which we share with beautyvetted.com. Alongside the page address it receives the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It sets a first-party cookie and a matching entry in your browser's local storage, both lasting up to a year, so that a second visit is not counted as a second person. Session recording, automatic click capture and on-page surveys are switched off.

This site has two forms. The newsletter signup collects the email address you type and the page you signed up from. The AI visibility check, on the homepage and on /ai-visibility/, collects the website domain and the email address you type, and the page you submitted from, so we can look up your site and email you the answer. We keep both kinds of record until you ask us to delete them; we do not run an automatic deletion schedule yet. Everything else on this site is a link.

What we do not collect

• No advertising pixels. Our build fails if one is added.
• No recording of your screen and no capture of what you type.
• No patient information of any kind. This site is for practices.

Email and booking

If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply. If you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details you enter there: your name, your email, and the time you picked.

Server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses to deliver pages and block abuse, under its own policies. We also log visits from known AI crawlers by user agent, to understand what answer engines read.
